I'm Shilpa, an electrical engineer and creative generalist. I've built electronics and software for harsh environments (space, snow, marine, operating room) at Opal Electronics, SpaceX, Arc Boats, Type III and Vena Vitals. I designed a wireless electromagnetic endoscopy at UCLA. I'm currently working on human-computer interaction at Opal.

MusicRecorded, produced, and mastered an album to formalize several lifelong musical ideas. "ESSAR by SHILPA" on every platform.
Alongside my engineering career, I occasionally take on consulting projects through my independent practice BOSSA. I design spaces, brand identities, art installations and engineering portfolios for various clients. I have a range of electronics, fabrication, and design skills.
